How often should I clean my windows?

?

The answer will depend on a few factors, such as how quickly your windows get dirty, how much your budget is, etc. However, as a general recommendation, we usually advise a window cleaning every 3-6 months minimum to keep your windows in a good state. Contact us today so we can help you determine the perfect schedule.

How high up can you go for Window Cleaning?

As you’ll understand, we want our team to be as safe as possible when window cleaning. Therefore, we will clean up to three stories high on any property. We use a water-fed pole and completely purified water to achieve perfect, smear-free results every time. We can also clean the inside of the glass for a crystal clear finish.

Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?

Some customers choose to only have the exterior glass cleaned. In this case, you don’t need to be home. However, if you would like to include the interior glass, then you will need to be home so we can gain access to the inside of your home.

Do you clean the tracks too?

Absolutely! The tracks are often forgotten about when it comes to cleaning. However, they are an essential part of the window cleaning process. Removing all the dirt and dust that builds up in the tracks means the windows stay cleaner for longer, and there is far less dust circulating in the air around your home.

How Often Is Pressure Washing Needed?

As a general rule, we recommend pressure washing most areas of your property at least once a year. This includes surfaces such as your driveway, patio, pathway, and concrete flooring. However, if these areas are high-use and experience a lot of wear and tear, they may need washing more often.

Is Pressure Washing Worth It?

While we may be biased, we absolutely think pressure washing is worth it! Something as simple as a wash can brighten up and transform so many areas on your property. Sometimes, so much time passes that it’s hard to remember what a surface used to look like. After pressure washing, all areas will be fully restored and well-maintained.

Why should I clean my solar panels?

Solar panels work best when they’re clean. If there is a layer of dust and dirt on the surface, then the sun’s rays cannot fully penetrate through as they should. Y

our solar panels will be far more efficient and last longer if they are kept clean and well-maint

ained. Cleaning is well worth the price to increase productivity.

Do you use chemicals to clean the solar panels?

Absolutely not, unlike Windows, using chemicals to clean the solar panels isn't ideal, as over time, it can eat away at the film on top of the panels. The magic in cleaning solar panels is the filtered water, which goes through the tap, and into a machine that filters the water 3 times so that all the minerals in the water are no longer there. Out comes soft water, and paired with a nylon/boar's hair brush, is the best combo to clean solar panels to perfection.

What types of Christmas lights do you install?

We install high-quality, commercial-grade LED lights that are energy-efficient and bright. We offer a variety of styles including C9, mini lights, icicle lights, and custom color schemes to match your holiday vision.

Do I need to provide my own lights?

Nope! We provide all lights, clips, timers, and extension cords needed for the installation. Everything is included in your package, and we custom-cut lights to fit your home perfectly.

How soon should I book my installation?

We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally in October or early November. Our schedule fills up fast, especially after Thanksgiving.

Is removal included in the service?

Yes! We’ll return after the holiday season to safely remove the lights and pack them away. You don’t need to lift a finger.

Do you offer storage for the lights?

Yes! If you'd like, we can store the lights for you until next season, saving you space and hassle.

Are your installations safe for my roof or gutters?

Absolutely. We use professional-grade clips and methods that do not damage your shingles, gutters, or trim. Safety and preservation of your property are top priorities.

What happens if a light goes out or something isn’t working?

We include free maintenance throughout the season. If something’s not right, just give us a call and we’ll fix it promptly

Do you install lights on trees, fences, and walkways?

Yes! We can light up trees, bushes, fences, walkways, and more. We create a complete, festive look for your home.

Do the lights work year-round?
Yes! These lights are rated for year-round outdoor use. Whether it’s Christmas, the 4th of July, a birthday, or just a Friday night—your home can shine in any color you like.

Will the lights be visible during the day?

The lights themselves are low-profile, discreet, and installed flush along your roofline or fascia, so they blend in well with your home’s exterior and are minimally visible when turned off.

We handle everything—lights, clips, wiring, weatherproofing, custom fitting, and app setup. You’ll get a seamless and smart lighting system ready to go.

Do you offer a warranty or service plan?
A: Yes! We offer a limited warranty and optional maintenance plans. If you experience any issues, our team is here to support you quickly and professionally.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed in one day, depending on the size and layout of your home. We provide a detailed timeline during your free estimate.

What types of screens do you repair or replace?

We repair and replace window screens, sliding door screens, retractable screens, and patio enclosure screens. Whether it’s a small tear or a complete replacement, we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer mobile service for screen repairs?

Yes! We come to your home for on-site repairs and measurements. Most standard screen jobs can be done right at your location for ultimate convenience.

Can you replace damaged screen frames too?

Absolutely. If your frame is bent, broken, or worn out, we can rebuild it and fit it perfectly to your window or door.

What types of screen mesh do you offer?

We offer standard fiberglass mesh, pet-resistant mesh, solar screens, and fine mesh for improved insect protection. We’ll help you choose the right option based on your needs.

How long does a typical screen repair or replacement take?

Most standard screen repairs or replacements are completed the same day, depending on the number and size of screens. Custom jobs may take a little longer

What if I need custom-sized screens?

No problem! We custom build screens to fit any window or door, ensuring a snug and professional look

Do you offer any maintenance plans or recurring services?

Yes! We Incentivize them. We offer customizable recurring service plans for window cleaning, solar panel maintenance, and other services. The 3 Reasons why getting on one is beneficial is as following

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not always. For many exterior services like window or solar panel cleaning, you don’t need to be home. For interior access (like screen installations or indoor windows), we’ll coordinate with you for access.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other digital payments. Invoicing is available for repeat customers and commercial accounts.
